  • Access Resources

All patients will receive a seizure diary and eligible patients may speak with a nurse navigator to hear more about epilepsy and seizure types. Understanding your seizures can help you better understand your treatment options.

  • Learn From Others With Epilepsy

We believe in the power of shared experiences. By participating in our survey, you’ll learn from others who are living with epilepsy. Reported data will be aggregated, deidentified, and periodically shared with you via email, fostering a sense of community and understanding.
